Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, I built my own websites from scratch. The course had two main projects: a redesign of Top Dog’s website, a renowned hot dog shop near UC Berkeley and creating any new website of my choice.
TOP DOG REDESIGN
Top Dog is one of THE spots among UC Berkeley students, particularly popular late at night due to its 3am closing time. The establishment is characterized by a lighthearted atmosphere, a quality I sought to capture in my whimsical website redesign.
I started designing and building prototypes in Figma. Then, I coded my website with HTML and CSS.
WHAT MAKES MY HEART FULL?
When I got the chance to make ANY kind of website, I spent a while just thinking about what I really wanted to make. Eventually, I decided on creating a website that's all about the things that make me happy and fill my heart with joy.
I started designing and building prototypes in Figma. Then, I coded my website with Javascript, HTML and CSS.
